Egy hét telt el az utolsó futásom óta, mára a sétálás már teljesen fájdalommentes volt, így ideje volt egy kicsit mozogni. A futás még korai lett volna, de megpróbáltam a bringázást, és szerencsére megy gond nélkül. A (leeresztett) Vadása-tó volt az úticél, odafelé kis ellenszélben.
