Edzésleírás
A saját 16 km-es szakaszom előtti 13 km-t is átvállaltam,mert nem vagyok normális. Útvonal bejárva teljesen, jövőre mehetek egyéniben (nem!). Amúgy nagyon jó volt,a közepén ugyan nem akart működni a lábam, de így is a leggyorsbb 30 km körüli távomat teljesítettem. :)
