Váltott vezetéssel haladtunk Csurival km-enként. Részemről 150-es pulzusig bármi mehetett, jól forogtak a lábak. Az edzés 82%-ban sikerült is 150-es maxot tartani, de a maxpulzus is csak 157 lett. Szuper jót tekertünk, elfáradtam, tetszett! Utána még elmentünk Vaskútra és vissza lepörgetni, de azt már nem mértem.
